Navex was granted the Quality Certification under the norm NP EN ISO 9001:2015 by Bureau Veritas, the certification entity. The scope of the certification includes the range of services provided as a Shipping Agent by our head office as well as by all our branches.

Significant added value was gained with this comprehensive process as it lead the company through a deeply intensive redesign of business procedures and identification of improvement opportunities, finally conducting to the harmonization of working methods within all our offices. On another perspective a new focus towards the client was obtained based on the involvement and dedication of the staff, who have seriously adopted the Quality mentality.

For all this, the certification constitutes an important milestone on the history of Navex, reinforcing its role as a leading Shipping Agent in the Portuguese market and Grupo ETE’s main company on this business area.
